Pick and Place

Our press range from 20 ton to 300 ton.

These presses have part knockouts and air cushions available through this range.

Auto Press Line

Our auto presses range from 15 ton up to 300 ton at various speeds

Various pieces of Auxiliary equipment ranging from Precision CNC levellers and un-coilers to the accurate Pneumatic Air feeders and remote levellers

These presses have been designed to protect both the tooling and ensuring the quality of the parts produced by the use of photo optic sensing and electronic probing

Welding & Assembly

This area has projection and spot welding machines ranging in capacity from 15KVA to 300KVA.

All of these machines have electronic controllers on them ensuring weld current has been put through the part, giving consistent weld every time

We have purpose built welding cells, which are made for the specific application and customer requirements..
